Every listing carries the date it was last verified. Dates move, prices change, and events are cancelled. A calendar that does not say when it was checked is not usable, and one that has not been checked in a year is worse than none.

What we list

Events likely to be useful to managers and HR working on time, compliance and workforce practice. Conferences, professional association meetings, and substantial training events.

Each listing states only what can be verified from the organiser: name, dates, location, format, organiser, official link, indicative price, and who it is aimed at.

We do not reproduce programmes or speaker lists. Those belong on the organiser's site, they change, and a stale copy is worse than a link.

What we do not do

No paid placement. Organisers cannot buy a listing, a position, or a description. This is the whole basis on which the page is worth reading.

No affiliate links. Links go to the organiser.

No invented events. If we have not verified it, it is not here.

No ranking. We describe events; we do not rate them.

Past events

Past events are marked as past rather than deleted, with a link to the next edition where one exists. People searching for an event that has happened should find out that it has happened, not hit a dead page.

Deciding whether to go

The listing tells you an event exists. It does not tell you whether it is worth three days and several thousand dollars — which is a different question with a method behind it.
